VIA+ Design focuses on understanding and manifesting the client’s or operator’s requirements. This results in an “on-brand” solution for hospitality projects and capturing the design objectives for other categories of interior work.

VIA+ Design is critical and sensitive towards the project context, be it physical; cultural or historical, thus achieving unique cum meaningful interior concepts. Such non stylistic concepts ensure longevity and an evergreen “status” to VIA+ Design’s designs.

VIA+ Design’s talented pool of staff is apt in reviewing architectural layouts to enhance both internal circulation and the spatial quality. This is reinforced with our MD and several designers being architecturally trained. VIA+ Design approaches interiors as a holistic extension, where appropriate, of the architecture. This awareness and sensitivity extends to landscaping and lighting provisions as well.

Our experience enables us the ability to work closely with an artwork consultant for hospitality and major projects in order to bring the most appropriate artwork solution to compliment the interiors. Conversely, if without an artwork consultant, VIA+ Design shall propose the artwork direction based upon the theme of the interior concept for subsequent artwork supplier to proceed with appropriate selection and procurement

VIA+ Design shall initiate the lighting concept for follow up in schematic design; documentation and specification by the lighting consultant

In line with “green” initiatives, VIA+ Design has a keen consciousness in the selection of materials that are sympathetic to such initiatives while at the same time, meeting requirements of appropriateness; cost effectiveness and maintainability

VIA+ Design’s furniture fixtures and equipment (FFE) department is also competent in furniture design thus enabling the incorporation of specially designed furniture pieces for a particular project thereby enhancing its exclusivity and status. VIA+ Design is therefore able to offer the services of FFE upgrading works that can be partial or total for new or existing projects.

VIA+ Design’s vast experience allows us to be able to amass if required, a multidisciplinary consultancy team to advise on all aspects of the project like feasibility; market analysis; operations; specialist consultancy; capital investment aspects; branding; modular building systems etc.
